Allison Holmes PT
Allison has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist since graduating from University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1983. She has been a member of the Arthritis and Pain Associates of PG County since 2019. Allison has experience in orthopedic, neuromuscular and geriatric rehabilitation. She provides personalized treatment programs that include modalities for pain control, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, functional and gait training to assist with return to healthy and active lifestyles. In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, listening to music and reading.
Kenya Brent PT
Kenya graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1996 and continued on to graduate from the University of Maryland at Baltimore with a Master's in Physical Therapy in 1999. She has a been a member of the Arthritis and Pain Associates of PG County since February 2020. Kenya has experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-op treatments, musculoskeletal injuries, geriatric and neuromuscular rehabilitation. Kenya utilizes a hands-on approach with patients, devising an individualized treatment plan specific to their needs and goals through various effective treatment tools. She believes this allows patients to manage their symptoms and reach their optimal level of function. To be a part of this process and witness the gains from each patient is a very rewarding experience for her. In her free time, Kenya enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and extended family, helping those in need, dining out, traveling, bargain shopping, gardening, roller skating, hair styling, relaxing at spas and hanging out with girlfriends.
Sandra Settles PT
Sandra has been practicing as a Physical Therapist since graduating from Howard University in May of 1979. I started working for Arthritis and Pain Associates of PG County in November 2020. I have specialty training in the following areas: Myofascial Cupping Practitioner Certification, Evaluation and treatment of Vestibular Disorders; Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (CFPS), Stroke Rehab Certification; Cancer and Cognitive Rehab Certification; Geriatric Rehab and Chronic Conditions; Kinesio-taping, and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Extracurricular activities include: needlework and listening to audiobooks.
Jamese Morgan DPT
Jamese Morgan has been a member of the Arthritis and Pain Associates of PG County since January 2021. She has experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, total joint rehabilitation, kinesiotaping, balance training, neuromuscular rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation, and strengthening and conditioning. Jamese is a graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore where she earned both her master’s and doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy. She has been working with the outpatient population since 2003. Before attaining her degree in Physical Therapy, Jamese received her bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland Baltimore County with a concentration in Biopsychology. In her free time, Jamese enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks, traveling, and attending sporting events.
